Amanda Soofer specializes in the fields of Business and Commercial Transactions & Intellectual Property.  With years of experience, she has provided global advice to companies on all aspects of their business from helping develop their ideas with contract developments, negotiations, consultations, and protection for those ideas. She has developed Intellectual Property strategies to protect her clients’ interests and goals, and has a filed numerous trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

She also consults companies on the new regulations and laws enforced by The United States for importation and distribution.

 

She has international experience working with companies in Canada, Ecuador, Europe, Israel, Malaysia, Turkey, and United States of America. 

 

Ms. Soofer is admitted to practice law in the State of California. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as the United States District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California.

She earned her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in 2011, and received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, specializing in International Relations from University of California, Los Angeles in 2008 with Cum Laude Honors.
